SHONAN STUDENT UNION CONSTITUTION
The Charter is the supreme law of the Shonan Student Union. It stipulates the purpose of the Shonan Student Union, its organizational structure, and the rights and obligations of SFC students and Shonan Student Union members. Amendment or abolition requires a resolution at the SFC General Assembly.
There are two types of charters: Japanese and English. Although both are correct translations, if there is a discrepancy in interpretation, the Japanese translation of the Charter will be the standard.
Bylaw
The rules stipulate in detail the activities of the Shonan Student Union . The executive committee will enact, amend, or abolish regulations. If you think there is a problem with the content, you can request amendments through a petition.

Budget
The Shonan Student Union is an organization affiliated with the All Keio Student Council. At Keio University, a community association fee of 750 yen is collected from each student each year as tuition.The All Keio Student Council, which represents Keio University students, is
responsible for coordinating community association fees, which total up to 20 million yen.The Shonan Student Union receives community association fees from the All Keio Student Council and carries out a variety of initiatives that contribute to the welfare of SFC students. In addition, as an organization that conducts business based on your community association fees, the Shonan Student Union has established an appropriate financial system.

Union Institute Subcommittee
All SFC students, as "residents" of SFC, engage in discussions aimed at achieving a unique form of self-governance for SFC and the ideal vision for SFC. At the same time, they also have the role of monitoring the activities of the Shonan Student Union's executive committee and secretariat, providing advice based on the ideal of SFC's autonomy.
